Role Description:
As a QA Automation Analyst, you’ll be an essential part of a passionate web team focused on delivering high-quality digital products through robust testing strategies and frameworks. This hybrid role emphasizes automation testing using Selenium, TestNG, WebdriverIO, and JavaScript along with manual and API testing.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop & maintain automation test plans, scripts, and test data
Maintain test suites using Selenium, TestNG, WebdriverIO, and JavaScript
Perform functional, non-functional, regression, smoke, and API testing
Log and document all test activities and results
Identify, record, and help resolve bugs in collaboration with developers
Optional: Contribute to API automation with PactumJS
Participate in Agile or Waterfall development cycles
Skills & Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
2–5 years experience in automation and manual testing
Proficiency in Selenium, Java, Python, TestNG
Experience in API testing with REST-assured
Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git
Experience in mobile testing with Appium is a plus
Strong communication and documentation skills
