AT&T is hiring an experienced QA Engineer – IVR Testing for its Hyderabad location. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in testing IVR systems, with strong expertise in automation, performance testing, and scripting.
Key Responsibilities
Understand IVR workflows, call flows, and telephony protocols to ensure complete test coverage.
Work in UNIX environments, use VI editor, and write automation scripts in Shell or Perl.
Perform API testing using Postman and validate data with SQL queries.
Develop and execute automation tests using Java/Selenium, integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
Conduct performance testing with JMeter, including creating tests, simulating loads, and analyzing results.
Work with automation tools like Cyara, Hammer, or Call Master (preferred).
Collaborate in Agile environments and document testing activities effectively.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in IVR testing.
Strong scripting skills (Shell/Perl).
Automation expertise (Java/Selenium).
Performance testing experience with JMeter.
API testing with Postman.
Familiarity with telephony protocols and call flows.
Agile methodology knowledge and good communication skills.
