As a Software Engineer II within the Workforce Technology Team’s Employee Platforms group, you’ll be involved in enhancing, designing, and delivering software components for cutting-edge technology products. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow your career in a collaborative, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain business processes, configuration documents, JIRA practices, and SR tracking.
Support and maintain HCM Oracle Benefits Cloud and/or Compensation Modules.
Use Oracle OTBI and HDL/HSDL for data operations.
Ensure adherence to security and release processes to minimize risks.
Review Oracle release notes, perform impact analysis, and coordinate with Oracle on service requests.
Complete functional testing to reduce production defects.
Work independently to meet deliverables and deadlines.
Apply lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Formal training/certification in software engineering concepts.
2+ years’ experience in software engineering.
2+ years’ experience with HCM Oracle Benefits Cloud and/or Compensation Modules.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in large teams.
Preferred Qualifications
B.Tech background.
Experience with Oracle HCM Benefits.
Work Location
Hyderabad, Telangana, India – MAGMA Unit, Phase IV, Sattva Knowledge City.
